For Therapy / Counselling Sessions
⇨ Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
⇨ Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, as professionals reserve that time slot.
⇨ If a host cancels a session, users may receive a full refund or reschedule credit.
⇨ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

For Courses / Workshops
⇨ Digital courses and recorded sessions are non-refundable due to instant access.
⇨ Refunds or credits are only offered if the session or event is cancelled by the host.

For Products or Merchandise
⇨ Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
⇨ Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, along with photos or proof.
⇨ Refunds are initiated after verification and may take up to 10 working days.
